Prior work includes statewide early childhood needs assessments, evaluations and technical assistance on Quality Rating and Improvement Systems (QRIS), program evaluation of specific interventions, as well as research and evaluation of instructional models in preschool, home visiting, family engagement, classrooms quality, children's school readiness, and social emotional skills in young children. Harmony Research, LLC offers lived experience navigating the child welfare systems. Our CEO and founder is a licensed foster parent and leverages her real world passion in her professional work. We offer research and evaluation services to document what works in child welfare. We use research and data to support child welfare agencies to both prevent entry into care and support children, families, staff, and systems-level change for those interacting with the child welfare system.
Harmony Research, LLC also offers capacity building for multiple actors in the child welfare system. This includes foster parent mentoring, developing trainings for foster parents and front-line social workers, strategic planning for state agencies, and expertise in building integrated data systems to help you answer your pressing questions of practice.
